How long should it take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes 5–12 business days. Carrier and customs delays can push that out.
No scans showing yet?
The first carrier scan can take 3–5 business days to appear after dispatch — that's normal. If there's still nothing after 7 working days, get in touch and we'll chase it.
