At Wrkspace Co. we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50 AUD Orders under $50 AUD: Flat rate of $7.95 AUD
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 4–12 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's tracking portal.
International Shipping
Wrkspace Co. ships internationally.
Delays
Wrkspace Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters or public health events. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at support@wrkspaceco.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@wrkspaceco.com within 30 days of your order date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
